DANIEL J. LEAHY, Of Counsel, is a graduate of Villanova University (B.A.) and DePaul University College of Law (L.L.B.). Dan served as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Cook County prior to entering private practice. He is a specialist in arson and fraud cases and the co-author of “Evidence Obtained by Unlawful Search and Seizure-Admissibility in Criminal and Civil Cases and Other Proceedings.”
