MICHAEL C. HOLY, Associate, is a graduate of Northern Illinois University (B.S., cum laude) and Marquette University Law School (J.D.), where he was President of the Moot Court Board and Member of the Marquette University Law Review. Mike focuses his practice on civil litigation, including product liability, commercial liability, employment practices, premises liability, construction liability, vehicular liability, and medical and professional negligence. Mike has extensive experience defending wrongful death and significant injury cases. He is a frequent author and speaker in his areas of practice.

Mike is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, the State of Wisconsin, the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois and the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the Federal Trial Bar, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.  Mike is a member of the Illinois Defense Trial Counsel, Defense Research Institute, as well as the Illinois State and Wisconsin State Bar Associations.
