DAVID I. WALTERS, Associate, is a graduate of Carthage College (B.A.) and DePaul University College of Law (J.D.), where he was the recipient of the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in the study of Antitrust and the Marks Prize in Antitrust.
David is an experienced trial lawyer and specializes in casualty defense litigation with an emphasis in construction defects, construction negligence, premises liability, medical malpractice, professional liability, products liability, commercial transportation, municipal liability and wrongful death. He has also successfully resolved claims and advised clients on issues related to insurance coverage, commercial disputes and antitrust violations.
