DAVIS J. KIM, Associate, is a graduate of Georgetown University (B.S.F.S.) and the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law (J.D.). Davis concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance coverage analysis and litigation, including first and third-party liability coverage questions. Davis also defends commercial property owners, property managers, general contractors, and subcontractors against personal injury and property damage claims. Davis is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, State of New Jersey, State of New York, and United States District Court of New Jersey. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, and Korean-American Bar Association of Chicago. |
